What Karlit is
Karlit plans and adapts endurance training (running, cycling, swimming and more) from your goals, availability and training data, with help from an AI coach. Karlit is in early access: features may change, and some may be unavailable at times.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist on this website does not create an account and does not commit you to anything. It only means we will email you when there is a place for you. These terms apply from the moment you create an account and accept them.
Karlit is not medical advice
Karlit is a training tool, not a medical service. Read the medical disclaimer before you start. You are responsible for deciding whether a session is right for you on the day.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- Give accurate information, especially about your health and injuries. Your plan depends on it.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Fair use
You agree not to:
- access other people’s data, or try to get around Karlit’s security;
- overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service;
- use the AI coach to produce content that is illegal, harmful or unrelated to your training;
- resell or share access to Karlit.
AI-generated content
Plans, messages and suggestions from the AI coach are generated automatically. They can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as guidance, check anything that seems off, and never follow a suggestion that feels unsafe.
Your data and content
Your training data stays yours. You give Karlit permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as set out in the privacy policy.
Karlit’s own content
The Karlit name, logo, app, website and their design belong to Karlit. You may use them to train with Karlit and to talk about it, but not copy them into another product or present them as your own.
Connected services
If you connect a service such as Strava, its own terms apply to it. Karlit is not responsible for data that service sends, or fails to send.
Price
Karlit is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will never be charged without agreeing first.
Ending your account
You can stop using Karlit and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
We work to keep Karlit accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee of results. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for injury or harm arising from training you choose to do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will ask you to accept them again the next time you open Karlit.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.
